"Do not buy the premium package they sell you when you checking in . They say you get access to a special pool ( everyone has excess to it) me and my husband payed 195.00 and eveyone had excess to the same things . Do not waste your money "

"We enjoy staying here and of course could use a few details like a cooler ac in room that doesn’t make noise and floors in room I literally fell 3 times so make sure to always wear sandals/shoes… kids section could use an update not just cover in duct tape… Isaac from buffet/taco place always a pleasure, you can’t leave without a massage from Ely from Miiluma, ask for Miguel in the pool section best service and never fails. Glad they took away the reservation section it’s a first come first...
