"It was a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Everyone had a smile and was super friendly. The food was great. I was never able to get a reservation for the italian restaurant as it was super booked. But all the other restaurants were tasty. My only complaint was the housekeeping directly related to my room. "The resort was very nice and the rooms are huge. Having a kitchen was nice. The restaurants had good food although they are expensive. They do have a little sports bar to watch the game or you could watch TV in your room. It is across the street from a dive shop and you can simply walk over and they can take you for a dive at Isla Mujeres. Everyone was super nice and professional. We didn't do an all inclusive. Just the hotel for a couple of nights. Worth the money. "
