The pool was perfect to relax in. Especially then the ocean was rougher and trying to avoid the rocks in the beach. "Had a great stay. We loved that each room had an attached bathroom, it was quiet, felt safe, and had a bust outside running down the strip every 5 minutes. On red flag days, you can walk about 9 minutes down the beach to club med and swim in an area that is protected and calmer. "Our group of 10 included two young kids. The calm water and white sandy beach out front was perfect. There are Palapas and lounge chairs available for use on the beach. It is easy to walk to the big grocery store - Súper Chedraui Selecto. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. The beach out front is arguably the best beach in Cancun.
