"great location! Most staff were very friendly and attentive. We didn’t like the needing to make reservations for dinner. One restaurant didn’t seat us because we were 9 minutes late! The other restaurant once we did make it to our reservation, was rushing us to order and to get us out. Not sure if the kitchen was closing but the waiter got a little annoyed that we ordered a second entree. "

"Our room was not right so we had to switch rooms 3 days in, we were supposed to have a sofa bed for our teenage daughter but they gave us a room with one bed and the roll away bed provided was awful. Other than that the staff and food were wonderful "

"Great location right in the heart of Hotel Zone. Although not all inclusive, in Cancun we did excursions outside throughout the day but can come to a quite and peaceful hotel with a connected beach."

"When come Cancun, I stay here. Inexpensive Clean and Decent Area. I had challenge with room, A/C wasn’t strong and door didn’t lock properly. But spoke with receptionist and took care of it quickly. They gave me a better room with outdoor balcony and WiFi access room. It’s quiet clean room with good restaurant and across from yaught dock to canal with little tropical fish come by. Very safe clean area and walking distance to street to get bus. It’s perfect cause don’t spend a lot time in room....
