"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Conrad Tulum and was thoroughly impressed by the beauty of this hotel, despite a brief water shortage on January 7th. The quality of service stood out from the moment I arrived, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Mr. Francisco Corvin, the General Manager was amazing his hands-on approach was evident, as the entire team demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and professionalism, making sure that I felt well taken care of during the minor inconvenience. The culinary offerings were a highlight of the stay. The quality of the food was outstanding, with a diverse menu that satisfied every palate. Each meal was a delightful experience, The Ukai-Japanese restaurant was amazing, showcasing fresh ingredients and creative presentation. The bar service was equally impressive, offering expertly crafted cocktails and a vibrant atmosphere that added to the overall charm of the hotel. The design and decor at Hotel Conrad Tulum are simply stunning. The architecture and interior design reflect a perfect blend of modern luxury and natural beauty. I want to take the opportunity to mention some employees that made my stay memorable: Chef Omar from the Japanese restaurant, Sergio and David from the bar, Hector and Jasiel from Valet and the entire team from the Spa. "Excellent experience. Our preferred pool was the Edgewater. Ricky was our bartender who anticipated our drink orders and brought them to us. There are multiple events per day and with Aldo as the master of ceremonies, you are in for a good time. Aldo answered all of our questions and made several recommendations. That man deserves a raise. The beach has the best view and the water felt amazing. The resort is near a strip in Tulum with multiple bars and clubs as well as taco stands."

"Fantastic strip if you want to be close to Tulum but far enough away to be quiet! Staff is absolute ace! Candy at the desk is awesome as is Juan our waiter. I cant wait to return! Rental car will go a long way to help avoid taxis. The cenote within walking distance was great. There are like 5 restaurants all within walking distance and each were nice if you dont rent a car"
