"Part of the hotel it seems that they don’t work on it so it looks like is going down, like the area of the pool, the cenote that it’s inside the hotel. Room had a lot of humidity and it smell bad the first day we got there, and by the 3rd day the smell got worst. In the other hand rooms are confortable, the jacuzzi on our balcony was good, the ambient was nice, workers were very friendly and helpful. "

"I loved this place. I stayed here before going to a retreat and it was exactly what I needed. I stayed in the superior double room. I had a view of the ocean & steps from the ocean. There is a small private beach but because of the seaweed wasn’t swimmable. There’s access to a public beach a short walk away and I swam there . The food was amazing , the breakfast was included and there were many options for breakfast. If you’re looking for quiet this place is it. I went to sleep with the sound...

"This hotel was the best. The rooms are cozy and the bed was super soft. The staff is helpful and polite and the restaurant on the roof had great food. You can walk to shopping and some really good street food. Laundry place around the corner as well. Eco friendly too, whoch is a plus! I will stay here again 🙂"
