Fantastic location. From our beach front bungalow it was 50 steps to the most beautiful sandy beach. Ocean was warm and swimmable. Bungalow stay came with breakfast which was a bonus.

This is a great place stay while in Tulum. The price per night is great for the amenities it has. It has a pool, beach bed, breakfast included, and shopping within walking distance. Your are the beach within a minute. The staff is very helpful as they wheel barrow your luggage for you.

They arranged a taxi to take us to the Tulum ruins and then into town and back to the hotel. They recommended the scuba diving company - Mexidivers- who were excellent. Their dive shop is located on the beach, so you can rent a bike for the day and cycle there and back which will be a lot cheaper than arranging for pick up and drop off. The hotel is in a crazy expensive area for dining - so be prepared if you don’t have transportation. Meals and taxis are $$$$ - would recommend renting a car/bicycle and venturing along the coast or into Tulum.
