"Well what can I say,an excellent hotel 5 minutes from the main ferry terminal. The reception (Francesca) was super friendly and quick. We were shown to our room which was lovely and bright. The amenities in our room (103) were great, which included a decent hairdryer, towels for the bathroom and rooftop pool, netflix is available on the large TV. "The staff are all very nice. Dennis, Angel, and Michael are very helpful. The hotel is clean and simple. Nothing fancy, but well maintained. The cleaning staff are also excellent. Quiet area away from the noise. I will stay here again on my next trip to Playa."
