"We like the resort and the amenities. I did not enjoy the food at all. The buffet has a bird problem and they need to get it rectified. There should never be live animals where humans eat. The resort was great for the kids and we enjoyed our time. The Japanese restaurant was the best out of all restaurants."

"I cant say enough good things about the staff, especially Antonio, Gustavo and Mateo at the pool bar. The pool with the swim up bar, the tiles were coming off the bottom and felt like you were standing on gravel. The areas around the pool where the chairs were, were not washed one time in the week we were there. At night there was very little activities, no place to stay out and drink except the lobby which wasn’t great."

"Overall the stay was good. The food can definitely be better. They need a good pastry chef…. we did not have a single good dessert during our stay. Kendall was an amazing entertainer for the poolside audience. I also think the beach could be better. It doesn’t have direct access it’s blocked off by a fence and it was very dirty. Would we come back? no, but it was a nice vacation overall. "
