"The staff were amazing, very friendly and very helpful. we enjoyed our stay. The food was good and the activities were fun. We did enjoy our trip although the cleanliness of our room was undesirable. The sheets were clean but the mattress and the pillows (all of them) had a strong sweat and mildew smell that was very apparent. Even when our sheets were changed, the smell remained. "We have stayed at La Estancia four times and we absolutely love it. It is clean, very well appointed. The food is amazing. The views from La Patron for breakfast are unmatched. We were so impressed that they built a new roof over the patio at La Patron. The Italian restaurant for dinner watching the sunset is amazing. We walked several times into Bucerias which was a nice perk. We will be coming back. "
