"This was our second time at this resort. We love this place but I wouldn’t want to stay in building 50 again. It’s located directly behind the Under the Sea restaurant and you hear the workers doing a lot of prep and cleanup in the back which was very noisy in our room. Last time we were in Building 55 and loved that location. Loved the Foam Party in the pool. Would enjoy more organized dancing in the evenings at one of the bars. Will definitely be back. "

"I have stayed at the Iberostar Maya suites many times. This was my sixth time so obviously I continue to come back. The resort is beautiful and always clean. Most staff was amazing. We had a couple issues with the girls at the Star coffee shop both at the Lindo resort and at the Maya resort, young girls that were just a bit rude. "As much as I hate giving this Resort only 4 stars, but after going there for over 7 years, we noticed that the rooms is a little shabby here is the negatives 1- the shower water is controlled, which makes you take a longer shower, and having a rain shower is useless 2- The Hot Tubs by the quiet pool is ice cold, which was a major disappointment this year, not sure if they trying to save money, but it totally angered yes. The other Hot Tubs are always crowded and that area is very noisy. That...
