"Our favorite resort in Cancun, wonderful as always. Excellent service at the pool from JJ, Elmar, Osvaldo and Sandro. Good selection of food available poolside. Always a good variety of options available at the buffet. Great dinner and service at San Telmo from David and Romina. Paola at the front desk was very helpful when the lock on the door to my daughters room wouldn’t open."
