"Avoid this place unless you're on your bottom dollar. Room floors were filthy and sticky (not mopped in weeks). Dead, dried, squashed bugs in the shower walls (Not to mention yellow, caked stains of who knows what as well). Spider webs in room, patio door would not lock, forcing you to leave your room open to the rest of the shared patio guests. Tattered towels, dirty pots and pans. "Great place! Great service. Great room. Very comfortable and pleasant. I would stay again. Two things to consider- check that hot tub is working properly. It was a cold tub for us. Bring earplugs as La Paz is filled with dogs, roosters, and cooing white wing doves. There is nothing any hotel can do about that, so no matter where you stay, bring earplugs."

"Tropical private paradise. Beautiful rustic bungalow right on aqua waters. We came on off season and felt like we had the island to ourselves. There are kayaks to use as well. If you want more restaurants and life come in the main dry season. There is coral snorkeling nearby and an amazing indigenous guide and chef named Calypso who showed us all the local animals, sloths, monkeys, frogs, caiman and plant medicines.
