"I need to know the level of the room before arrival. My wife has a bad knee and suffers from having to go upstairs two levels. Room excellent, but I had to call for a hair dryer and a heater since the room does not have heater (little cold at night) ..."

"The area feels safe and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. It is good to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. However, the walls in the building are thin and you could hear noise from outside easily. Also the description for Superior Apartment that we booked says there is a queen bed and a double bed but the two beds in the apartment are of the same size and quite small.
