"Gerardo was our concierge. He was outstanding. Diego, Ian, Arturo Willian, Santiago, and many other bartenders/servers worked hard to make our stay amazing. Zoe was a very very sweet soul to me. Dr Diego and his paramedic were also very amazing. The service at this resort was just top notch. I had an amazing time. I will be back!!!"
