"We had a little hiccup that was handle in a positive manner. The resort was amazing, the staff was extremely courteous and very helpful. I would definitely go back to the same resort for vacation. The only issue we encountered was at the Mexican Restaurant last night where we had to wait for nearly one hour and didn’t even have the chance to eat dinner there. The male host was not friendly at all. But we went to Tatish and crabbed a late bite for dinner. "

"I was a bit apprehensive to stay here because of all the negative reviews, but we stayed at the Sens and it was better than expected. The room was an average hotel room. The staff were great! There were enough restaurants to try out. The food was average, the buffet was on par with what you would expect from a buffet. The White Box Gastrobar was our favourite spot to eat. The Downsides were that there was no room service and the beach chairs get filled up by 8:30 AM. Overall, it was a great...
