"It was a beautiful hotel, my husband and I felt judged automatically when we walked in. We could feel the judging eyes. We are both blue collar underground miners, who haven’t taken a vacation in two years, and we drive a big Toyota that hadn’t had a bath because we left work and drove through the night to enjoy our mini vacation. "The hotel staff were very nice and friendly! They made the experience so much better. If we asked for anything they were at the door in minutes! The room was not clearly advertised on expedia, unfortunately. It was advertised as sleeping for 3. There were not enough beds for it to sleep 3. There was just a king bed in the "bedroom" and a couch. We made it work and made the couch our daughters bed. The hospital next door is incredibly busy, sirens day and night along with a lot of homeless...

"I loved this hotel. Perfect location. So much in the area attached to the underground city. Restaurant was drli ious. The pool and hot tub was phenomenal. I literrally spent 6 hours in it one night in 1degree celsius weather. The bed and pillows were perfect. First time my husband and i did not suffer from back pain. 10 stars!"
