We booked a 1 king Fallsview , when we got there they said our selected room was unavailable and gave us a 2 queen premium Fallsview room. The room its self was nice very clean, fridge , tv , jetted shower tub , and gorgeous views ! By far probably one of the best views of the falls. Super convenient area tons of restaurants, I reccomend Copacabana right across the street. Casino and Clifton hill are in walkable distance. Parking is $50 a day. Overall 9.5/10 stay

You can take the tram cart uphill or downhill straight from the falls and get from the hotel to the falls in about 3 minutes so it is in a very convenient spot and has a wonderful view when in your room

We booked a room with courtyard view. Got a view of a wall to the restaurant sign. It really caught me off guard to open the door and have literal stairs from the door to the floor of the room. The water in the shower did not get hot for almost 15 minutes it was still ice cold. The toilet took forever to flush, the bathroom tap leaked. The dresser cabnets were a little lopsided (not that we use the dresser but i think presentation is key). ALSO THERE WAS AN OPEN CANDY SITTING ON THE CHAIR WHEN WE WALKED IN! Also the pillows weren't the softest a little hard and lumpy. You definitely get what you pay for. Nothing bad to say about the staff as the girl we checked in with was super nice! It's great that they offer coupons for things like the chocolate and maple leaf tours and discounts on resturants. The pool and hot tub were probably the bonus factor as they weren't busy when we went and very clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub was definitely hot and jets were powerful. The location is overall nice very central for some restaurants and the casino. I was just baffled about the things that weren't the best about the room. The layout from the side 2nd floor entrance was a little confusing as well.i think it wouldve been nice to have a sign saying room numbers one way and the other as we had trouble finding our room in the first place (followed numbers up one direction to find our room in the opposite direction)
