Convenient restaurants close to the hotel, walkable stores. Nice view of the falls from our room. Very Outdated rooms and No microwaves. Not worth the hefty price. Before you book, make sure there’s parking. 50cad parking per night, not included in the booking price plus 20cad per night hotel fees and 250cad deposit. Confusing parking areas. Expensive hotel but doesn't deliver. Check in staff not very personable, but the rest of the staff onwards are very helpful.

I was not happy at. Staff was very rude and the room was dirty and smell. Carper are very dirty on the hallway. Ask for better bathroom they said i booked the thirt party and they dont have. Also they charge a hidden fee of around 20 $ also deposit of 100. Parking is so expensive. Another family came after us came back and got the better room on site. Very disappointed and will never go back again. I stayed in this hotel before. This time we were treated very poorly.
