This place was so nice we were a group of 4 and we got a suit with a king and pull out couch bed. I was perfect for a girl's trip! The kids love the pool it was clean and the view from there was phenomenal! The staff was over the top amazing by giving us as many bottle waters as we wanted! And by text me everyday to make sure I was having a great stay! Also the house keeping was more than wonderful the room was always cleaned and when I asked for a pillow she was more that happy to make sure I got one!!! So thank you to all the wonderful people that made our stay great!

The front desk staff at check in was wonderful. Very friendly. At check out we requested a luggage cart so that we could easily move our 6 pieces of luggage and 6 backpacks. We were rudely told that guests are not allowed to use the luggage carts. When we asked for assistance we were told that no one was available to help. We requested to speak with a manager and were told she was busy. When we threatened to complain to Hilton the manager magically appeared. She was rude but eventually let us use a luggage cart. The hotel is all suites which means that families are likely the primary guests. Luggage carts should be accessible and/or people should be available to help. We will not be staying at or recommending this hotel and will be notifying Hilton separately.

We were in town for Cubs/Cards baseball game and a wedding. Our room at the hotel was very clean & comfortable. We enjoyed having the separate living area and bedroom area in the suite. LEO at the valet desk was AWESOME...we enjoyed chatting with him while waiting on our vehicle.

The rooms are showing their age. They are dark, even with the lights on. Beds are comfortable and daily maid service for the bed and bathroom were good but they did not replace used glasses during our 4 night stay. The breakfast is terrible and the cost is $22 but they have you as there are no breakfast spots nearby. I go here for the suite as I get up early and don't want to disturb my wife.
