We had an amazing stay at this hotel over Thanksgiving! From the moment we walked in, the grandiose and beautifully designed lobby set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Our room was outstanding—immaculately clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. The attention to detail and quality of service were exceptional. Honestly, there’s hardly anything not to love about this place. It’s clear that they go above and beyond to ensure a perfect guest experience. We can’t wait to return!

The Pfister is a beautiful historic hotel. There was some confusion as our room wasn’t ready at check in time so we were offered champagne while we waited and an upgrade to a suite, but minutes later someone called to say the room was ready and apologized for the wait. I was told the manager had assigned the room and it was ready. We would be in the tower. So we didn’t get a suite. The room was beautiful though. Upon check out I was informed there was a $38 parking fee that I was confused about because I had called the day before about checking in and parking and was instructed to park, bring the ticket in to be validated and moving forward we were to use our room key and we could come and go as often as we wanted. We had only left once for dinner and a concert and the room key didn’t work so I had to get another ticket. Upon check out is when I was told about the $38 parking. Because there was a misunderstanding they waved the fee. We had breakfast at the cafe the next morning and our server Annie was a sweetheart. She is a true gem to the Pfister. So friendly and amazing customer service! All the staff at the Pfister were great! So welcoming and kind!
