The gentleman at the front desk was snarky at check in. We knew we were early, but asked if he had a general idea of when our room would be ready. He replied coarse, “We were sold out this weekend and your room isn’t ready” I told him I realized that, but would appreciate a general idea. He said “Close to check in time!” When our room was ready he gave us keys to an occupied room, the beds were unmade and there was luggage and slippers on the floor. When we went back to the front desk, there was no apology, he just gave us our keys and said, “Room service is every other day, check out is at 11”. We had to call down for room service to empty the waste baskets and toilet paper after our second night as room service still hadn’t been provided. When housekeeping did finally arrive, she was very polite and helpful. We expected much more from Hilton…

When spending almost $500 a night, I’d expect the tv to work. 2 of the 3 nights we were there the tv service went out because it rained. Called the front desk and they said it happens when it rains. How is it possible that in 2024 a major hotel loses tv when it rains?!?!
