The room was one of the largest 2 bedrooms, plenty of space for our two college boys and two moms. The location is fantastic, so close to Millennium Park, the river and Michigan Ave. Cute lobby and plenty of restaurants near by. There was free espresso and popcorn in the lobby too! Would stay here again!

Very nice property! We appreciated the amenities which included espresso and cappuccino in the lobby, slipper socks and robes in the room, luxury, bath & body products,and an especially kind and helpful doorman. The location was convenient and walkable to restaurants, theatres the Riverwalk.

Had an amazing stay in the heart of Chicago! Perfect location with everything just steps away—great dining, shopping, and attractions. This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in a long time. My wife and I stayed for our anniversary and were provided with chocolates and a bottle of champagne on our first night. Staff was incredible, room was thoughtfully furnished and supplied with things to make the stay perfect. Aside from a need for sound insulation, this stay was perfect. Will definitely be coming back!!

Such a fun and unique style - we REALLY loved it. The rooms are cozy and we had booked a river facing room and were able to enjoy the little seating nook at the window that gave you a better view of the city. I booked here for 2 nights, before Christmas and the price seemed reasonable for a hotel in the city. I arrived earlier than my check in at 3pm (around 11am) and figured there would be no harm in asking if the room was ready, no issues if not, I fully understand check-in was more than 4 hours out. The room was ready but I’d be required to pay $50 for the early check in, after a 13 hour drive from New York I was just ready to take a nap and paid. I realized afterwards this was the first hotel to charge me an early entry fee. If the room is ready and cleaning for the day is done it seems a little robotic to charge but this trend continued when I left. The room was modern and clean. I can only say good things about the building and it’s location. Unfortunately the trip ended the same way as it started. I concluded my business a day ahead of schedule and decided to check out the next evening to make the journey back to New York early. I requested my car which had been parked and paid for the first full day ($46) and asked if would pay for the second day in full and was told I would pay a half day ($23). No issues here and I wouldn’t have complained if I was expected to pay the second full day. I received the final bill, which was the full day, the half day and then a full day parking late removal (9pm) fee? A valet was already working at this time and seems like another phantom charge. I paid 2.5 days parking for 1.5 days. Nice hotel, lacking a touch of class.

This is a cute hotel - I chose it for the views and the window seat. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet. There wasn't sufficient staff for check-in considering the time of year - but the wait to check-in was acceptable. The room was well-appointed with some work-out gear (yoga mat, muscle rollers). The location was really great - right next to the river, easy walk to lots of restaurants, the river walk. Good clean safe hotel.

Really nice property, great river views, walking distance to Chicago theatre, right across the road from the riverwalk and cruises. Staff very helpful and quick to check in/out. Free coffee station with daily snacks in the lobby. Stunning interiors and comfortable bedding. Only complaint was the area around the property didn’t feel very safe unfortunately. Chicago in general isn’t very safe but as I had spent a few nights at the other end of this street which was much safer, it did seem to just be a worse spot in general. Pleasant stay, but would not return to this area on my next visit.
