The staff made check-in and check-out easy and were very polite and professional. The room was perfect for a quick solo trip. Room had a fun sitting nook right against the window that overlooked the city. I especially liked the nice lighting in the room and the comfy bathrobes. I would definitely book here again!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is around so many wonderful hotels and the pub across the street was amazing. I did so many things that were in walking distance so I didn't have to use public transportation or uber. Because of the snow storm in New Orleans I had to stay an extra day and the staff was extremely accommodating and understanding.

The staff was amazing! Antonio was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond every time! The hotel is in the perfect location. The view from our window seat was incredible. This will be my go to hotel for Chicago.

We loved our stay here. My teens loved the window nooks in our room, which was spacious with a great view. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate was a plus. They were able to accommodate an early check-in and hold our luggage on the last day since our flight was late and we still wanted to explore. The cold water is filtered in the room, so you don’t have to spend ridiculous money on bottled water. I could go on, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel and its staff were excellent. The only problem we had was that we had to wait for more than 1 hour to get our 2 booked rooms due to a shortage of staff during that particular day (black Friday). The manager gave us an upgrade for our room due to that. The hotel has an excellent restaurant where we enjoyed a meal during one of the nights of our stay. I want also to take the opportunity to say, Saludos a Antonio, who excelled as an excellent employee and goes the extra mile. Very good stay and experience.
