"The property was the cleanest and prettiest all inclusive resort I've ever stayed at. The service was also the best I've ever had. The upcharges for day beds when they weren't even full by 3pm is kind of silly. They should offer guests them free after a certain time of day, especially in drizzling or rainy days. "First time in Cancun, first time doing all inclusive and it was a trip with my wife, 2 year old toddler and other family members. Overall, we were very happy and enjoyed the stay. The food was better than my expectation as a lot of people said the food in all inclusive is usually not so great. Not many kid friendly options, but having one buffet place was convenient. The resort was generally clean and the staffs were always trying to do their best to accommodate your requests and needs. Not much...

"great location! Most staff were very friendly and attentive. We didn’t like the needing to make reservations for dinner. One restaurant didn’t seat us because we were 9 minutes late! The other restaurant once we did make it to our reservation, was rushing us to order and to get us out. Not sure if the kitchen was closing but the waiter got a little annoyed that we ordered a second entree. "
