"Please stop pushing the Xcaret 2 meeting so much or please take the "no" as an answer. At one point we were trying to go to dinner but got held up for 5-10 minutes by a staff member trying to get us to go to the meeting. It's great you want to promote and it's great you offered a massage coupon in return for our precious time. But you also wasted some of our time trying to get us to the meeting after we said no."

"That was, by far, the best place I have ever stayed! My daughter, 84 yr old mother and I had a fabulous time. We had gourmet meals at every serving and tried had tried and loved quite a variety of dishes served (the pastries were divine). We also can’t say enough about their exceptional staff and service!
