"This is my first time staying in this area and I enjoyed it. There was many things in the area that I did not have to go far for. I actually walked to Plaza de Americas. It was a 25 minute walk that I enjoyed. The property itself was fine, an average apartment building. The only thing I would change is that my room was on the third floor and I recently had an issue with my leg I wish I would’ve known it was a walk up building because I would’ve asked for at least a second floor or so, the room...

"What a lovely surprise this suite was. I read all the reviews and decided to take a chance and so glad I did. The suite was beautiful, clean, perfect location and the host was very responsive. The suite is on 5th Ave and close enough to Walmart to walk. There is everything you need in the suite to do breakfast and lunch at home. You are so close to many restaurants and shopping and the pool area is perfect. All in all 10 stars. "

"A very comfortable but smallish property kept very clean....the pool area was very pretty,and the staff were very good and friendly."

"It's a very pretty condohotel on 1st Av, only a 1 minute walk to everything. Nightclub next door will be heard at night, but not overwhelming. Rooms are very small, but nicely furnished and very livable for short stays. But don't plan anything very long in an approx. 400 sq ft 1 bdrm unit."

"El departamento es muy cómodo, las personas de recepción son muy amables y la piscina del roof es hermosa vale mucho la pena. En esa calle hay muchos restaurantes. "We enjoyed our apartment that we stayed in, but there was construction the whole time with unreliable start and stop times (directly next to the pool). The concierge service was lovely and super helpful as well, but their hours seemed to fluctuate a bit. We had also asked them to push the two twin beds together into a king and arrived to two twins. Other than that, we really enjoyed the air conditioning, private balcony and rooftop hot tub, and the golf cart service to the Marena Beach Club on...

"Excellent hotel and location. Right by a local bus stop. Nice pool with a beach also accessible at the property. Every car coming into the property is stopped before entering. I also had a small outdoor area to sit down right outside my room. Staff was helpful as checking in and out was smooth as can be...Should I go back to Cancun in the near future, I know where I'll be staying!"

"Overall, this place was good! For a cheaper resort, you can’t complain - you’re getting what you pay for. The beach was great- beautiful sand and seaweed cleaned daily. We were able to get cabanas or chairs if we went in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon too. The water park is a blast for the kids, although it is dated it is still very fun. My biggest tip is to bring water shoes because the non slip type cement is hard on the feet. The pools were great too! The food was good. Not...

Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

"Beautiful resort. The beach is clear from rocks. The serving staff are so sweet. The rooms are nice. Alejandro, Alexis and Perla were our favs! They were so friendly and accommodating in every way. Really made our trip memorable. The resort has theme nights but they had a silent disco which was so boring. So many ppl out and just sitting around with no music for those who were not a part of the disco. Other than that, it was great. The cave dinner was a highlight for us but the resort is not all-inclusive. You have to pay for that and other things such as bowling, trampoline, laser tag etc… the crocodile is free tho hehe kids love that! "
