"This location was a quick last-minute buy due to a delayed flight and missing the ferry to Isla Mujeres. It is conveniently located one block from the ADO bus terminal. I was unable to explore the amenities they listed like co-working spaces and a pool so no comment there but the location was very spacious, nicely decorated and well labelled. For solo travel I felt very safe. The room was cozy but hot until I got the AC going and the sheets were clean but could use a bit of scented fabric...

"I loved this place! Remember is not a 5-star resort. Is a place to spend the night in peace. The bedroom was clean and modest. I stayed there only one night before leaving Cancun. I love the Plaza where you have all sorts of food available. "

"I enjoyed staying there for an extended visit. The activities, weather etc. One thing I noticed on 3 trips to the hostels. While there are no smoking signs all over each hostel, When I visit the roof areas of the rooftop and party hostel there are a lot people smoking right in front of the signs . I also was a bit disappointed this time because they had not found a yoga instructor. In my other visits they had the yoga classes every weekday. There was considerably more noise at night than before...

"Super well located in Puerto Morelos! 5 min walk to the beach. Good places to eat and hang out around. Keep in it’s a hostel, but our room was confortable and did the job for a short stay! Would return! "

"This is not the place to stay if you snore. All the bunks, including private rooms are in the same hall so every single conversation can be heard. If someone leaves the sliding door to the restroom/bath area open, you can hear them pee. The location is great! The conditions of their bikes are not so great. "The property is good. Beach front but at least the room I got was noisy. The air conditioning didn’t work properly. At the beginning it was too cold and couldn't make it warmer. I had to open the window. Next day it was off and I couldn't turn it on. Besides that everything was all right. "

"When we first arrived, we were a little disappointed by the eroded beach. But after a few days, we realized that the magic of Playa Palms completely absorbed us. "We really enjoyed our stay here! The beach access is beautiful and having pool access as well made it easy for our family to enjoy. The food was great and the staff was always so kind and helpful. Lots of walking involved so make sure to bring some comfy sandals. "

"The hotel was exceeding our expectations. We spend one week as family with one hold 7 years old I can say one of the best vacations. The hotel employees were making their best to make all customers happy and comfortable. The restaurants options was great and meets all our requirements. There were huge number of activities that my child love it. I can’t say more than the hotel was the best choice for this vacation "
