"This condo is clean and functional. Both bathrooms are on the main floor so be aware that people in the upstairs bedroom will have to travel down stairs to use the facilities. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioners worked well. These are older condos right on the pretty and well-maintained Marlin Beach. "My family just spent the best week at this villa. It was huge and has the perfect set up for our family. The kids loved the pools (which are about ten feet outside your doorstep) and looking out at the beautiful ocean was such a treat. Miriam was very responsive and met every need immediately. Also we arranged for Chef Mar to come three nights and she made the trip even more special. We will definitely return!"

"Such a beautiful hidden gem in a jungle setting! The breakfasts prepared by Chef Diana were incredibly delicious! The one thing that we felt strange about, was that everything was taken care of online with very little contact with hotel staff. Ricky was beyond helpful with assisting us navigating the property. "Excellent hotel and location. Right by a local bus stop. Nice pool with a beach also accessible at the property. Every car coming into the property is stopped before entering. I also had a small outdoor area to sit down right outside my room. "Overall, this place was good! For a cheaper resort, you can’t complain - you’re getting what you pay for. The beach was great- beautiful sand and seaweed cleaned daily. We were able to get cabanas or chairs if we went in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon too. The water park is a blast for the kids, although it is dated it is still very fun. "Beautiful resort. The beach is clear from rocks. The serving staff are so sweet. The rooms are nice. Alejandro, Alexis and Perla were our favs! They were so friendly and accommodating in every way. Really made our trip memorable. The resort has theme nights but they had a silent disco which was so boring. So many ppl out and just sitting around with no music for those who were not a part of the disco. Other than that, it was great. The cave dinner was a highlight for us but the resort is not all-inclusive. You have to pay for that and other things such as bowling, trampoline, laser tag etc… the crocodile is free tho hehe kids love that! "
