"The condo is spacious, as pictured, good sleeping arrangements, full kitchen, good practical living space. Needs some attention to repairs and maintenance. There were a few hiccups as mentioned by another guest but management was quick to assist. The private pool overlooking the beach was the greatest part of it all. "The property was well located , short walk to great beach, 5th Ave and great restaurants. Roof top pool has great views and great for a refreshing dip . Everything is well maintained. Hosts were great . Only small issue for us was , the deck looks into the building next door and not much air flow into the condo . The roof pool was well equipped with tables and chairs so just enjoyed our morning coffee up there . Would highly recommend for either a short stay or long . "

"We loved the house. It had everything we needed. The Southend of the island was such a beautiful place to stay. We had amazing restaurants nearby and could walk to beach clubs, restaurants and coffee! "

"It was the perfect week long vacation for our group of 8 friends/ partners! The layout made it easy for us to enjoy privacy and also be together. Hanging out by the pool when we felt lazy was amazing. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We could cook at home when we felt like it, and go out when we didn’t. We thoroughly enjoyed the nearby restaurant/ waterfronts and went to the north end lesser than we expected! Overall, 10 out of 10! "

The bathroom wasnt clean well, there was hairs around the floor also the water pressure is extremely low and the shower barely dripped. Takes you forever to take shower. Communication with host could better on how to check in/out. We LOVED the view from balkony! "

"The Host Enrique was the nicest Host ever! Super professional! He met us at the property made sure we were all checked in! Helped us find the nearest Walmart, even offered to take us and assist us translating for us with getting everything we need. We tried to tip him and he refused! The house was nice and clean quaint and cozy! The pool was amazing m. The house was perfectly located near everything. Beaches, the strip by Coco Bongo. Uber was affordable! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! "

"Excellent hotel and location. Right by a local bus stop. Nice pool with a beach also accessible at the property. Every car coming into the property is stopped before entering. I also had a small outdoor area to sit down right outside my room. Staff was helpful as checking in and out was smooth as can be...Should I go back to Cancun in the near future, I know where I'll be staying!"

"Overall, this place was good! For a cheaper resort, you can’t complain - you’re getting what you pay for. The beach was great- beautiful sand and seaweed cleaned daily. We were able to get cabanas or chairs if we went in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon too. The water park is a blast for the kids, although it is dated it is still very fun. My biggest tip is to bring water shoes because the non slip type cement is hard on the feet. The pools were great too! The food was good. Not...

"Amazing property, beach was amazing. Pool super nice. Walk to xcaret is a must. Bad sides were there is hardly any poolside service or poolside food. Rooms smaller and out of date but still good enough. Favorite resort we’ve been too. "

"Beautiful resort. The beach is clear from rocks. The serving staff are so sweet. The rooms are nice. Alejandro, Alexis and Perla were our favs! They were so friendly and accommodating in every way. Really made our trip memorable. The resort has theme nights but they had a silent disco which was so boring. So many ppl out and just sitting around with no music for those who were not a part of the disco. Other than that, it was great. The cave dinner was a highlight for us but the resort is not all-inclusive. You have to pay for that and other things such as bowling, trampoline, laser tag etc… the crocodile is free tho hehe kids love that! "
