The hotel staff was amazing, everyone was kind and helpful and made us feel welcomed to the hotel and the city. We enjoyed walking to most places since the location of the hotel was very central, the subway stops were also very close by. The pool was closed for repairs but we were notified prior to our stay which would have given us time to make other plans. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
