"Great place to stay close to lots to do downtown Toronto. Hotel was nice and clean. Bathroom set up is not great with little counter space and bad lighting. Only 1 mirror in the whole place makes it hard for multiple people to get ready. Pull out couch was not comfortable at all! Mattress is very thin and does not stay in place, slides down into the couch while laying on it. Fine place for one night though "

"It’s a great property in great location. Just need some upgrade and mainly to change the cardboard-paper door as it is NOT safe at all whatsoever!!! Otherwise all great including communication!"

"Overall I had an excellent stay from check in to check out and everything in between. The only minor nuisance comes from living in a big condo tower. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night that ended up being nothing. "

"Property was convenient and clean. Overall great experience. Street meter parking could be a headache during parking hours but it’s a city thing. Also the incidental feee is a bit confusing with how it’s returned. "

"The hotel itself is quite nicely appointed inside and staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, eating options are very limited (some construction going on in the dining room) and was a little noisy in the morning due to construction noises coming through the walls and floors to my room. Will be much nicer experience when the dining room has been completed."

"We enjoyed staying at the Sonder. It was nice, clean, had plenty of space for our family, and was easy to get around Toronto with a convenient tram stop right outside."
