"Everything from the front desk check in to the housekeeping and security was top notch. The pools are fantastic. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Bartenders are fantastic. The restaurants have a tremendous variety and high quality choices. The grounds are maintained and immaculate. I can only honestly recommend one improvement. I would recommend that there are machines for kids to use for their drinks. Kids ordering drinks from the bartenders clogs up the process some and slows things down. If there were some slushie machines with Pina colada and miami vices and a variety of soft drinks that would be way more convenient for them and take a load off of the bartenders. "
