"Have had a great stay at St Giles, may have been compact, however clean and convenient for the sights … All staff courteous and friendly, willing to help when approached… Such a comfortable bed with a choice of pillows … Had an amazing room overlooking Tottenham Court Road and the BT Tower … Not the quietest… however it is a main road and not an issue for me, it is what it is …. please don’t complain, just take earplugs … My only complaint although prob just a preference…. What’s with the tiny tea cups??? Would much prefer a good sized cup / mug … Thank you and would love to cone back xXx "

"We arrived too early to check in to our room and then were out until late evening but nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We couldn't fault anything about our stay, and would come back again or try one of their other hotels "
