Have stayed here a few times. Good location. Room was reasonable. Breakfast though a good selection we found the service (replacement of various food, cups, glasses & cutlery etc to have gone downhill, we had to ask & wait for several items. Yes it’s busy but not peak season.

I was first greeted by a very friendly reception team and check in was quick. The room was spacious and very clean. I also used the Bugis restaurant at the hotel and had the Nasi Goreng which was booming. Starters were a bit pricey for what you got but overall a good restaurant, very flavourful. Location is near tube and Hyde park . Excellent hotel
