"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"Hotel is in a great location, we chose it as it was close to Victoria coach station and an embassy we were visiting. We had a family room, which was spacious, with double bed and double sofa- bed. Breakfast included in price, with plenty of choice and pleasant staff. Hotel itself was a bit tired, with badly stained/ faded carpets everywhere. But we only stayed one night and that did not affect us. "

"Excellent service with a friendly faces. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Only thing that needs attention is the lamp by the bed needs the bulb replacing. Will definitely stay again."
