"Bucket list trip to the UK. Hotel room was nice. Restaurant was good. Ground floor has a scary looking old time lift or a bunch of stairs to climb-no other way in or out of that floor."

"I appreciated being so close to the airport yet when in the hotel, I didn’t hear the planes. I also appreciated the meal service and the hotel hopper shuttle. They were very convenient and it was nice not to have to think further about meals and transportation. Thank you."

No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the lady that checked me in. Wish I caught her name. Room was clean and couldn't fault the cleanliness. Carpet need replacing though and it needs a lick of paint as alot of scuff marks around the skirting. Aircon didn't work and broken which meant room was ridiculously hot."
