"Comfy beds with the best pillows ive ever used, had to look for them to tey and buy for home. Breakfast was lovely fresh quality hot food with lots of choice. Staff were lovely all really kind and attentive. Room was nice no complaints other than snacks in similar priced hotels are usually included or at least a bag of crisps, for same price weve had chocolates or even brownies as an additional. Shampoo and conditioner was good quality. Overall would recomend. Great location and lovely stay xx"

"Had the loveliest stay here. The staff are so kind and welcoming. The room was more than comfortable with all the amenities and even items if you forgot something. A nighttime tea on the pillow and heated bathroom floor was the icing on the cake. Very conveniently located and was able to easily walk to several sights. Highly recommend!"

"I actually liked the hotel which reminded me of old guest houses in Egypt. The property itself is old and could benefit from some refurbishment (e.g. the window frame in the bathroom had some brown muck in the corners and could probably be reseated and the lining curtains lost their white colour!) But the establishment is run like a traditional hotel centring guest needs. The staff was also very polite, obliging and pleasant. I had a couple of requests that they met immediately and a third one...

"Dont book here, the place is horrible, doesnt look anything like the pictures, you have to give a £250 deposit on top of paying. In a horrible part of london, no one in the businees speaks english proerly. Very difficult to deal with and only interested in your money. Disgusting mess of an apartment, no hand rails to use to walk up the stairs, big glass panals everywhere when walking in, bedrooms a mess, dirt everywhere. Dont anyone ever use thsi place."
