"This was our second time at the Adria and it was great. The staff were professional and accommodating. The initial room was not entirely suitable for a person with a hip issue however Dominic the manager arranged for us to be moved the next day to another room that had a bath and walk-in shower. Dureka, was kind enough to move our luggage so when we came back from the day’s activity we just went to the new room. Mariana was great too. Enjoyed our stay."

"Dont book here, the place is horrible, doesnt look anything like the pictures, you have to give a £250 deposit on top of paying. In a horrible part of london, no one in the businees speaks english proerly. Very difficult to deal with and only interested in your money. Disgusting mess of an apartment, no hand rails to use to walk up the stairs, big glass panals everywhere when walking in, bedrooms a mess, dirt everywhere. Dont anyone ever use thsi place."

"Phoned from train to find out about key pickup. Arranged 3pm outside Tescos at Victoria Dock where someone would meet us. We were there at 2.55pm. At 3.20 nobody had arrived. Phoned again contact. They would phone their staff member as he could be in building. 10 to 15 minutes later voice from building shouted my name. He was our key contact. Went into reception. Where he left us to take other customers to room who had been waiting for a lost key and had been waiting for over an hour. Our...
