The porter took our two large suitcases up three flight of stairs to our room. The hotel is just around the corner from Victoria coach station and it was ideal for my partner and myself to stay overnight before our cruise."

"Dont book here, the place is horrible, doesnt look anything like the pictures, you have to give a £250 deposit on top of paying. In a horrible part of london, no one in the businees speaks english proerly. Very difficult to deal with and only interested in your money. Disgusting mess of an apartment, no hand rails to use to walk up the stairs, big glass panals everywhere when walking in, bedrooms a mess, dirt everywhere. Dont anyone ever use thsi place."
