Pleasant reception and entrance. Reception fully staffed which is often not the case with hotels now so check in and check out was quick with no queueing. All my dealings with the staff was positive, efficient and friendly. Despite the location being so close to a busy area as it was located in a quiet adjoining road. Property close to many popular London locations.

Lovely area of London to stay Clean and comfortable Would have liked some information in the room. There was a hook to hang on the door requesting room service breakfast but I was not told and did not know anything about the restaurant breakfast times or location.

From first arrival to final departure, every member of staff was courteous, smiling and helpful. Lovely old building in the heart of Whitehall, ideal for London sight seeing. Sumptuous buffet breakfast set us up for the whole day. Superbly comfortable King size bed and a really powerful shower and you have everything required.

Quite nice stay. The WiFi connectivity was rather shoddy at times and the “smart” tv wasn’t always very smart or reactive. This may have just been a one-off experience but it was somewhat annoying at times. Mostly though, a pleasurable stay.

Great property. Bed comfortable rooms large and spacious. Decor is a little tired. Loved heated floors in bathroom. Great location can walk to everything. Breakfast was not great. Food average. Service first day was awful. Took forever. Stayed 3 nights. Concierge was great. Provided great recommendations for restaurants and helped with tickets for sites etc. Overall would recommend.

Property is gorgeous and you cannot beat the location! Rooms could use some minor updates/repairs, but they are well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food and drinks were very good.

This hotel is a great spot for vacationing in London. It's a quick walk to many historical sites as well as the Embankment tube stop. Really good service and the rooms are quiet, spacious and comfortable. The small bar is pretty lively at night, and the daily breakfast is also excellent.
