Very convenient location, nice and large twin bedroom, very quiet. Hotel lobby is currently under renovation but work did not bother us at all. Very nice and large breakfast buffet with very efficient service. All in all, very nice stay, to recommand.

Great hotel in the middle of the city, very accessible via the tube and buses. The hotel was doing some renovations in the lobby, but they kept the site neat and safe. the only downfall was the bar and bar staff, they have no idea on what Customer Service is or needs to be, waited at the bar for almost 20 minutes while other customers were being serve by the staff.

Everything was superb, except we spent too much time in Breakfast and our key nolonger opened rhe door and house keeping would not help! So i had to go back downstairs and sort out the key , reception were very helpful but left me annoyed id forgotten my watch and over run at the delicious breakfast ! Great hotel very central, would definitely stay again
