"Everything very clean. Pillows one was very flat two was too high. Heating system was blowing directly at the couch sitting direction. Some days there was no bottled water and enough English breakfast and earl grey tea. Toilet flush very stiff difficult to flush. Shower door hard to open. Thank you "

"Just a quick stay on the journey home so wanted to be near Paddington station and it's just next door. Rooms are small but comfortable. Only issue we had was the smoke alarm going off 4x Inc at 4am! "
