"Nice location, quiet and clean. Surprised to see such a well stocked hotel room, felt like a home away from home. Fine touches, clean layout, good colour combinations in the room. Couldn't fault it. Had the room upgraded and staff were accommodating. Worth the trip"

"We stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe twin. The room was clean, beds comfortable, lovely view out to Hyde park with the royal Albert hall and the London eye in eyesight. The hotel must have heating issues as the room had 2 plug in radiators when we arrived. With these on the room was comfortable, without it was cold. Good location "

"This might be the smallest room I have ever stayed at. Outside of the size and some stains on the top sheet everything else was terrific. Very close to 2 metro stations and plenty of pubs and restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay there again!"
