"False and hidden fees when checking in, run down location, no grocery store near by, willingly un helpful and clueless staff, dirty room, horrid beds (I think prison beds would most likely be better) Hidden binding conditions about refunds. extra charges on every thing imaginable and felt very unsafe from the moment I walked through the door I lost time, money, and almost my passport (they expect you to leave your passport with them as ransom for their key) "

The only problem we had was an odd, pervasive, pungent smell coming from under the sink in the kitchen. We had to keep the windows open when we were in the room because the smell bothered me so much.
