"Easy check in with very good directions. Property was just as advertised, clean and well equipped with all we needed for my adult family of 8. We cooked breakfast every morning as well as one dinner in and had plenty of dishes etc. Loved the mucho gusto coffee machine. I'm a coffee snob so it was wonderful to have high quality coffee each morning! Beds were comfortable with one exception, the pull down futon is in need of a new frame or mattress. "The property was clean and as described. Our biggest complaints were 1. The neighborhood did not seem super safe 2. We had a VERY hard time fitting our rental car in the driveway and 3. The pillows were lumpy. Joyce was very responsive when we couldn't figure out how to use things correctly. "

"We spent the first part of our holiday in a spectacular hotel near St James Park - but everyone enjoyed staying here even more. Lovely flat in a lovely neighborhood and a fantastic spot where you can imagine what living in London might be like - dreamy!
