"Nice hotel picked for location, it was convenient for where we were going on this trip. A couple of underground stations nearby also helped. The hotel was clean, had a nice bar, the breakfast was very nice and the staff friendly and attentive. The room was sizeable, clean with a nice size bathroom as well. "Strange that there was not an elevator or method to reach someone for assistance with heavy luggage. It was very cold and rainy on arrival so not having an easy way to get my heavy suitcase inside was surprising. Otherwise, fine hotel. Quiet. Super comfortable beds. Nice restaurant. "
