"Overall the room was nice, however it wasn't perfectly cleaned as when we arrived there was a hair in the shower. Also, the sink was leaking so we had to call and have it fixed. The service was quick and nice. I was expecting a bit better quality in the interiors and less worn items from a 4* hotel. I've been in the Marriott Hotel in El Cairo many years ago and maybe because of that experience, I set my expectations bar a bit too high. Anyway, in general it was a good stay and I might consider...

"The family room was exactly as pictured on the website, practical with a very quirky toilet but overall very good. The area was the best part because you could walk to many sights and very easy to take the underground. We walked to trafalgar, soho, covent garden, China town and over the bridge to the London eye, Big Ben and Churchill War Rooms and st James park. The location was superb! We would definitely stay again!"

"This hotel was roomy for a London hotel. Very convenient for us to be a short walk to restaurants and the cable car to the O2 arena. Conveniently located near Excel and the Elizabeth Line railway, which took us to Heathrow Airport any many tourist attractions without having to change trains. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
