Our room was comfortable and the bathroom too. Our previous stay in London (at a different hotel), the bathroom was tiny. Staff was amazingly friendly. We loved being able to walk to the Tower Bridge and to pick up public or tourist transportation nearby.

Property was conveniently located but it was a bit loud at night. It may have been before our room was on the street so be aware of that. Room was a little dated / needed some TLC but very clean and comfortable. Front desk was extremely nice and helpful and very professional.

Amazingly cordial staff. Room was neat as a pin every day after it was tidied up. Absolutely quiet day and night. The neighborhood (East London) is interesting but it took me a while to grasp that it is the oldest settled part of the city, at least going back to the Romans. Of course, the Tower of London (really a castle, so it’s misleadingly named) is right at the doorstep, along with an Underground station with two train lines. Really a very nice place, not particularly trendy, just comfortable, great convenience and value, and nice people. I would definitely go back. I’m an actual guest, not a bot.

The shower in the bathroom had a very high tub. You had to step pretty far down to get out of it and it was kind of dangerous. Also only one half shower door.

The hotel is modern with a lovely restaurant bar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was lovely and the large bathroom had a bath and separate shower. 2 mins walk from Tower Hill. Our room overlooked the Four seasons. The staff were really gracious and Jose in particular was very helpful. I would stay again.
