We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is lovely, really nice building, nice room, friendly staff, and the breakfast selection great too. Very close to Victoria station/ tube. Would definitely stay here again.

Incorrect plug in iron so was unable to iron clothes today as continental plug was on iron . Also loose plug on hairdryer didn’t feel safe using it . I have left a note for cleaner to explain . I was on a tight timescale this morning so couldn’t wait for reception

RIU in London is a great hotel, close to major attractions and a Train station hub within a 2 minute walk. Great service, great breakfast buffet, good ammenities, nice bedding, a few blocks away from Buckingham Palace!!

Thank you to the front of house member of staff that telephoned my room to check that everything was okay with myself and my room. Only area for improvement, beds like concrete. Otherwise would recommend this hotel that’s within immediate walking distance of Victoria Station/underground and a good away of restaurants.

We were allocated a room in the basement so no windows. Also the corridor was very noisy. Room decor was nice, staff friendly, breakfast ok plenty of choice but was a little bland. I would say this was more like a 3 star hotel.

Overall the hotel is at a very good location. Breakfast is nice We stayed in the other block with only 1 lift and waiting for the lift is a bit long and exit from the hotel is also a bit troublesome as we have to cross over to the next block for exit.

Everything was great about the hotel, customer service was patient with me, the heater in my room wasn’t working they offered to give me a new room or portable heater. All the amenities came with the hotel. Food was amazing, whenever I’m back in London this is where I’m staying. The location is very convenient as well.
