Luxurious hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Really clean and lovely spacious room. 5 minute walk to the Apollo theatre and Victoria Station. If you don't get the chance to eat at the restaurant, it's extremely easy to order food via the QR code for delivery to reception.

Very convenient for london Victoria station. We were on 2nd floor and it was quiet enough for us to sleep. We liked that there were no carpets, so it felt cleaner than many other hotels. Shower was fabulous. Bed extremely comfortable.

The front desk was not welcoming at all. Very cold and provided little to no additional information. It felt as the service was selective to specific type of customers. Bag, food restaurant and housekeepers were all helpful and pleasant. The walls were thin. Could hear other facilities or people in the hallways. The buffet was probably the best part.
