"The lobby was beautiful!! It had a Starbucks. We loved the location because it’s near several sights we wanted to see. We liked the size of the room since we had a suite with 2 bathrooms. However the beds were at most double sized not queen like we reserved. My husband and I aren’t big people and we barely fit on the bed together. I understand the hotel is old but the paint was chipped off. The shower head only shot out hard. The fine print said they charged for you to use the refrigerator but...

"We visit NYC to see as many Broadway shows as possible in our week. This hotel was is right in the middle of the theater district so it was perfect. Our only real complaint tlwas that the curtains in the room were very difficult (took 20 minutes to finagle them open) to open and close so we left the curtains closed the whole time. "

"The bathroom is tiny, the space in the room would be tight for 4 adults but it was okay for 2 adults, a teen and a tween (we’re all on the short side). And if you have a room near the street you hear a lot of noise. BUT the beds were super comfortable, the staff was wonderful and knowledgeable, the security people were very serious about keeping people safe. Breakfast had a good variety of things (hot proteins, cold cereal, pastries, make-your-own waffles, etc) but the coffee wasn’t great....
