The property was nice. They do not have a full service restaurant. The lobby can ge crowded at times. The location is amazing.Able to walk everywhere and close to 2 different subway stops. Rooms were very clean, but small even by NY standards. Overall a good value for the money.

This is the best hotel to stay in NYC . Perfect location and metro is available to go to different places . The staff was excellent from the lobby reception to the people who attend the breakfast section . All are kind and treat us with respect. I have traveled with a child under one and they make the experience easier . Breakfast was excellent . Room was great and clean . All people in this hotel work very hard every day to make tourists experience memorable.. I just loved this hotel
