The location is unbeatable—just steps from Times Square, Broadway theaters, and a short walk to major subway lines, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside the hotel. It's the perfect balance of central convenience and calm retreat. Our room was immaculately clean and well-appointed with thoughtful amenities like a Nespresso machine, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a perfect night’s sleep—something that can be hard to find in Midtown Manhattan! "From arrival to departure, I loved my stay at this property. Upon arrival the staff greeted me warmly and accommodated my request for a corner room. My room was exactly what I needed, clean, well maintained, and relatively quiet. (There was construction going on across the street from 8am-5pm but I was mostly out the room during this time so it didn't bother me much.) The only issues that I experienced were the door keys weren't programming correctly when I got there so I had to wait a few hours for a room key (the bellman escorted me to my room so that wasn't a huge issue) and there was no counter space in the bathroom to lay out my curling iron, make up, etc. Both of these issues were minor inconveniences and didn't impact me enough to make a real difference in my stay. All in all, I really enjoyed this hotel and the area. I travel to NYC frequently for work and look forward to returning here soon."
