Love! The staff was the best! We were celebrating my daughter's 17th b'day / Christmas with first trip to NYC. The experience from the moment we walked in the door was awesome with personal touches. Also enjoyed the credits that could be used for food, tours, use of instant camera with film, etc. Great location to get around and see the sites. We'll be back!

Worst hotel I have stayed at in NYC. From check in to getting my room was a nightmare. They told me they would email when my room was ready. At 5pm I heard nothing. By the time we got there after dinner at 8:30pm I had to recheck in again. I had to get my own luggage from baggage claim in the basement and then when we got to the room it was like a room in a prison with a tiny window and the bed was dirty. At that point we left and checked into another hotel! It was awful.

It was well situated and close proximity to Times Square, welcoming and we really enjoyed the coffee shop next door. The room was a little tight for 3 adults as not much storage space.
