"My sisters and I needed a place to stay while visiting New York to see multiple Broadway shows while also being able to be together without several hotel rooms. This property was excellent for what we were looking for. I was concerned about the distance but the owner assured me it was not a big deal and they were correct. "Property is easy walking distance to Subway and good restaurants. Trouble with heat was addressed but communication was spotty. Made for a chilly first night. Spacious apartment with nice kitchen and dining table. Beds were comfortable. Shower wasn’t hot."

"Located centrally which helped us explore NYC very well. Hosts are very communicative and helpful. There were extra towels and bedding. We were here for one week and had a great time."

"We had a very good time. Emanuele and Francesco were very welcoming and gave us good tips to discover the city. Yuki and Lenu are lovely cats <3. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the subway, making it very easy to go to Manhattan. I recommend this place and would stay again."

"Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights."

"The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. A.so, why does a representative not ,ive at or near the property? If you need more towels or theres other concerns, how do you handle that? Finally, ...
