"Communication prior to arrival wasnt great but we found that with all of companies we dealt with from NYC. However, when we arrived we had 3 rooms which they managed to get all together as requested, which was brilliant and appreciated. All 3 rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with slightly different layouts. All staff, except one receptionist, were friendly and helpful.
